We sell original digital products, such as planners and templates for Notion, Canva, and PowerPoint, and print-on-demand merchandise featuring our own designs. We sell through Etsy and through this website. Purchases made on Etsy are also subject to Etsy's terms and policies.

Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is listed at an incorrect price, in which case any payment is refunded in full. Product colors may vary slightly from what you see on screen.

When you buy a digital product, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own personal or internal business use. You may not resell, share, redistribute, or claim the product or its design as your own, in original or edited form. All rights not granted to you remain with Lucenith LLC.

All designs, artwork, text, logos, and other content on this website and in our products are owned by Lucenith LLC and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy or use them without our written permission.

Refunds, returns, and shipping are covered by our Refund & Shipping Policy, which is part of these terms.

You agree not to misuse this website, including attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Lucenith LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or our products.
