Shipping and Return Policy

Effective date: October 21, 2026

This policy covers purchases from Lucenith LLC, doing business as Mink Inked, made through Etsy or this website. Digital products are final sale; print-on-demand items are replaced or refunded only if they arrive damaged, defective, or wrong.

Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all digital product sales are final. If a file is corrupted, will not open, or is not what was described, email us at contact@lucenith.co and we will send a working file or issue a refund.

Each item is printed specifically for your order, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing. Please check the size chart before ordering.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We will send a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. You do not need to send the item back.

Print-on-demand orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, before production begins. Digital orders cannot be cancelled once the files have been delivered.

Production

2–7 business days after your order is placed

Delivery within the US

Typically 3–7 business days after production, depending on the carrier

International delivery

Typically 10–20 business days; any customs duties or import taxes are the buyer's responsibility

You will receive tracking information by email once your order ships. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.

If your tracking has not updated in 10 business days, or your package shows as delivered but did not arrive, contact us and we will work with the carrier and our production partner to resolve it. We are not responsible for packages delayed or lost because of an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Etsy orders are refunded through Etsy. Refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
